With London Fashion week approaching this week we are all very excited to see what new colours and trends will be emerging for 2015.

Real Life Wedding by Fuschia – Ellie and Ravi

We find that so many bride and grooms love seeing what other couples have done for their wedding, so we thought we would share some of our customers weddings with you on our blog posts.

Ellie and Ravi, had a fusion wedding and Fuschia created our Temple of Dreams wedding stationery collection in violet for them.

They choose our wallet ribboned wedding invitations to invite their guests in style, which they had so many lovely comments on.

The on the day wedding stationery included personalised printed place names, table names and table plan.

For gifts for close family we did matching personalised chocolate bars and some Indian sweet boxes for Ravi’s parents.

Blooming Marvellous – Chelsea Garden Show Inspiration

Chelsea Garden Show 2014 was the place to be last month for floral inspiration and garden design.

Creative Director Nicola Briginshaw with Stylist Jill Newman visited last month to see what ideas and inspiration they could find for weddings and celebrations.

The creative juices were certainly flowing…there were hundreds of types of flowers on display in every colour imaginable, and the shapes and textures were out of this world.  The garden design and floral displays were simply breath taking.

Over the coming months we will be sharing photos from our visit along with ideas and tips for you to use for your wedding or celebration.

Last Sunday we were invited to exhibit at the venues wedding fayre, and we had a great day. It was lovely to see how different events and weddings could use the space to suit customers celebrations.  From a classic wedding, something more funky or even a vintage tea party.

There was a vintage feel to the wedding fayre and Fuschia dressed two tables.  We dressed one in violet which had a more modern feel and our second table display was Vintage Lace inspired for a vintage afternoon tea party theme.

Our vintage table was the most popular,  as their were lots of  brides visiting the wedding fayre, who were having a vintage themed wedding.

Cute hand creams make great table favours for guests to take home and remember the special day.

Ditsy fabric table runners with matching napkin wraps an an old English feel to the tables. Vintage crockery mixed with candy sweets jars bring this vintage tea look together.

We also met Daisy, from Daisy The Vintage Ice Cream Van – A beautiful renovated original 1972 classic ice cream van.

Henley Town Hall Wedding

A couple of  weeks ago Fuschia dressed a Civil Ceremony Wedding at the Henley Town Hall.  It is now over a year since they gained their licence.  The licence was obtained with the help from wedding and event planner Sarah Ducker from SJD Events Ltd and the Henley Town Hall and Louise Hastings.  Both assisted with the wedding fayre which Fuschia exhibited at to launch the venue to the local community last year.

For the civil ceremony we used our fitted stretch chair covers for our customer with vanilla organza bows.  These look great for a classic looking wedding.

These are a fantastic price at just £2.75 each with bow plus the set up on the day.
